Hola! 

My name is Rebecca Cooke-Rodriguez and I am a native Texan, but a D.C. resident for almost 10 years. I can say with certainty, DC has become home. The diversity of this city is amazing. Museums, theaters, concert halls (large and small), historical sites, restaurants and sports venues - there is something for everyone. 

 

I enjoy visiting historical cities and learning as much as I can. There is beauty within these surroundings and so much to be understood by seeing the past. In my personal artistry, I often incorporate elements from the past. It's a theme that feels comfortable to me...

 

My portfolio is very diverse - painting, drawing, photography, 3D sculpture, graphic art, digital drawing, baking and sweet creations. I'm always trying something new and enjoy mastering the medium. While I have taken many art classes in college, I have continued my education on my own time to enhance my skills. To this end, I also find pleasure in a DIY for just about anything.
